Privacy Policy

Puzzle Play is a collection of 100 level-based puzzle games provided by Yu Miyakawa. There is no account registration. Contact nexoraft@exdonuts.com with questions.

Information stored on your device

The app stores levels, unlocked progress, unfinished boards, timers and settings such as volume locally so that you can resume playing. It also stores game-entry counts, recent entry order and the selected sort mode for the collection's Recent and Popular views. Earlier game histories and personal bests may be retained for compatibility. An operational record, including the initial skip count and actual ad presentation times, controls ad frequency.

The developer does not send its own gameplay behavior analytics or interaction-event history. There is no developer-operated game-progress server or cross-device sync feature. Operating-system backup and restoration depend on your device and OS settings.

Age group

At first use, you can choose Under 13, 13–17, or 18 or older. We do not ask for your date of birth or name. You can choose Answer later, and all groups can play the same games.

Your answer or unanswered status is saved only on this device, in a setting separate from game progress. The app does not send the selected age group itself to a developer-operated server. You can change it in Settings. Games remain available while the setting is loading or saving, or if saving fails, but an answer may not be retained if saving does not complete.

While the age group is unanswered, the app does not start advertising SDK initialization or new advertising or consent-check operations. Reviewing your age group also pauses advertising operations until a new selection is successfully saved. This does not cancel communications already started or processing already taking place at external services.

This self-reported age group is not a parental-consent process or a way to verify age or identity.

Advertising and external services

The app uses Google AdMob for advertising and Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) for consent and privacy choices. When advertising is enabled, it requests child-directed treatment, non-personalized ads and a maximum ad content rating of G for every age group. This does not mean that no data is processed.

The advertising SDK may process IP-derived approximate location, available device or app identifiers, ad impressions and responses, product interactions, and diagnostic or performance information. Purposes include advertising, measurement, fraud prevention, diagnosis and service improvement. See Google's iOS SDK disclosure, Android SDK disclosure, and explanation of non-personalized ads.

UMP may also process approximate location, performance and interaction information to check consent and manage privacy choices. These consent-related requests may occur even when no ad is shown.

The Google Privacy Policy explains its processing and safeguards. Google may process information outside your country. If you open an external site or service through an advertisement, review that provider's policies.

When ads may appear

An ad may appear immediately after a newly completed attempt is saved, whether it was cleared, failed or timed out. The first 10 eligible ad opportunities are skipped; after that, at least 15 minutes must pass since an ad was actually shown. Ads do not appear during active play, when restarting an unfinished attempt, when returning home, or merely when reopening a saved board.

Connectivity, consent and ad readiness may prevent an ad from appearing. An unavailable ad is not shown later, and you can keep playing without it. Consent checks and ad preparation may contact external services before an ad is displayed. Ad impressions and revenue in advertising reports are different from counts of games played.

Consent and choices

Consent messages may appear as required by your region and circumstances. When Google's consent tools require it, Settings offers Privacy choices so you can review or change your choices. Available choices and ad serving depend on your region and consent state. Non-personalized advertising does not remove applicable consent requirements. Read about Google UMP for iOS and Android.

When advertising is enabled, the app supplies the same child-directed treatment setting to Google's advertising SDK for every group, rather than sending the selected age group itself. Separately, it sets UMP to treat every group as under the age of consent. As a result, a consent form may not appear. These settings do not remove applicable requirements for cookies, other local storage or data handling. Google's child-directed advertising settings: iOS / Android; UMP age settings: iOS / Android.

Delivery of this website

Cloudflare Pages delivers these privacy and support pages. When you open a page, Cloudflare may process your IP address, request and routing information, and technical device information to deliver pages, maintain reliable service, prevent abuse and protect security. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy for details.

This website has no developer-added behavior analytics tags or advertisements, and the app does not send user identifiers or game progress to it. This does not mean that the delivery service processes no network information.

Support, retention and deletion

If you email support, your reply address, message and attachments are used to answer your request, investigate the issue and provide necessary follow-up. Do not send credentials or unnecessary personal information.

When the request is resolved, we review the need to retain the information and delete it, except for the portions needed to address an unresolved issue or a specific legal obligation or dispute. We periodically review any information we continue to retain and delete it when that reason no longer applies. Contact nexoraft@exdonuts.com about deletion.

Support correspondence is also processed by the sending and receiving email services for delivery, storage and spam prevention. Retention and backups of reply addresses, messages and attachments also depend on the email services used. Contact support with questions about the handling of your correspondence.

Local information remains while you use the app. Deleting app data can remove it; operating-system backups may retain copies. The developer cannot remotely read, restore or delete your local progress. Contact support before deleting data if you want to preserve your progress.

External services manage retention and deletion under their own policies. Removing the app does not necessarily erase all information held by those services immediately. See Google's retention explanation.

For questions about access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent or other rights that apply in your region, contact nexoraft@exdonuts.com. Where appropriate, we will direct you to the external service responsible for the information.

Changes to this document

If the app or its information handling changes, this page and its document update date will be updated. Contact support with any questions.
